Our Creation Process
Design
We use the latest 3D CAD software like Fusion 360 & SolidWorks to design, simulate and render our creations. Paying attention to every detail to ensure fitment, function, and form before crafting. We can optimize designs for 3D Printing, CNC machining or laser fabrication.
Create
Our designs are created on a CNC routing machine, or C02 Laser With tolerances that can be as small as +/- 0.01" We can create small and large 2D and 3D forms with great fitment and accuracy. We have one of Hawaii's only large scale 5 axis CNC machines and our laser is a high speed 3 Axis system capable of engraving and cutting many materials. Our 3D printer is high speed with layer heights as small as 0.1mm
Finish
Parts from the CNC, laser cutting or 3d Printing machine can be finished by hand. Sanding, assembly, resin work, inlays, and other finishing touches yield a completed creation which is then sent to you.
Our Creations
We can create everything from simple letters and signs, to complex parametric 3D shapes, like chairs, benches, desks, furniture, Large molds for composites and more. Wood is our primary choice of materials. Natural, renewable, and beautiful. We also work with carbon fiber, resin and acrylic. Shimmering metallic and pearl options for resin arts. Illuminated LED lights for acrylic designs. Our 3D forms like wine racks and chairs are designed to be easy to assemble, unique, and implement some of creations fundamental geometric patterns, ratios and musical harmony.
